Garage Cleaning Notice

Dear Palladio Owners and Residents,

Please see the below notification for the garage cleaning set for this weekend, November 14th and 15th.

Re: Parking Garage Cleaning Notice for Nov. 14 & 15, 2020

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

This letter serves as notice to our residents and homeowners that starting on Saturday, November 14, 2020, and ending Sunday the 15th, the Parking Garage will be pressure washed and cleaned. We will be starting on the 4th floor and end halfway through the 3rd floor. The work will start at 8:00 a.m. and finish by 5:00 p.m. each day.

All vehicles on the 4th floor, need to be moved to the 2nd floor and half of the vehicles on the 3rd floor will need to be moved to the 2nd floor before 7:00 a.m. of the 14th. The first half will be notified prior to work date. All cars can move back to there parking spots after 5:00 p.m.

The remaining vehicles on the 3rd floor and vehicles on the 2nd floor will move to the 4th floor before 7:00 a.m. of the 15th, for final pressure washing. Please take an empty space until 5:00 p.m., then move to your own parking spot.

Please understand this is a coordinated effort to clean your garage and we must all try and cooperate to make this happen. Please feel free to contact Robert Lloyd at 775-846-6026 for any assistance.

City of Reno Notice of Public Hearing

Dear Property Owner:

You are receiving this notice because you are within 400 feet of a proposed modification being made to a nearby historic property. The following applications have been submitted to the Reno City Manager’s Office for a Certificate of Appropriateness:

COA21-00002 (Washoe Charters of Freedom Setting)-A request has been made for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install landscaping, hardscape, and monuments of the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights in the northeast comer of the parcel containing the Washoe County Courthouse. The ±1.34 acre site is located on the northwest comer of South Virginia Street and Court Street within the Mixed Use/Historic Landmark overlay (MU/HL) zone. The site has a Master Plan land use designation of Downtown Mixed-Use. The subject property is listed on the Local Register of Historic Places. [Ward 5]

The Reno City Historical Resources Commission has scheduled a public hearing for consideration of these requests on Thursday, October 8, 2020. The hearing will take place in an online format commencing at 4:00 p.m. Due to Governor Sisolak’s executive orders, attendance at public meetings is limited. The meeting will be available by accessing the public meeting portal by navigating to Reno.gov and selecting ‘Meetings and Events’ and then clicking ‘See Full Calendar’. Locate the appropriate meeting to access the registration link provided below. This page will be made available the Monday before the hearing date.

If you wish to submit public comment, you may do so by submitting written comments to the City of Reno City Manager’s Office, Attn. Claudia C. Hanson, P.O. Box 1900 Reno, NV 89505, or by email to HansonC@reno.gov. Comments received by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to the hearing will be entered into the record. Please note, all comments received are considered part of the public record and will be on file with the Community Development Department.
